We paid for a new license and I now have a new employee in our system.  He wants to upload his Outlook contacts into the system.  I had him create a formatted CSV file however he said he doesn't have the import/export tab.  Is that only available to administrators?  In other words, as I add on sales team members am I going to have to do all their uploading for them?

I understand them not having access to the "export" tab, but "import"?  Is there a way to grant them import access or do I just have to go ahead and do it for each of them?

Thanks!

Hi!

I looked into this and as it stands now administrative privileges are required for doing bulk access. I understand that we could only restrict the export (instead of both). We will discuss internally about implementing this in a future version. If you want to track this request please put this idea in https://feedback.officeclip.com

In the meantime is it possible to give your colleague temporary administrator access so that he/she can import the data? I know that this should not be the usual way of operation and is a workaround.
